The Swarm Magnum features Gamo’s third-generation 10X GEN3i rapid-reload system, built around a sleek, horizontal inertia-fed magazine design. Unlike traditional indexing systems, the GEN3i magazine uses the rifle’s recoil to advance each pellet automatically, resulting in smoother cycling, improved alignment, and more consistent breech loading. Designed to deliver maximum power with minimal noise, the Swarm Magnum incorporates Whisper Fusion®, Gamo’s quietest noise suppression technology. This advanced system features a double integrated sound moderator that channels the pellet through two internal chambers, reducing noise expansion before it exits the muzzle. While no air rifle is completely silent, Whisper Fusion significantly lowers perceived sound, especially when paired with heavier .22 caliber pellets.
At the core of the Swarm Magnum is the IGT™ MACH 1 inert gas piston, built around a massive 33mm cylinder for magnum-level performance. This advanced gas piston system replaces the traditional spring, delivering higher velocity, deeper penetration, and smoother shot cycles with less vibration. Capable of reaching speeds of up to 1,300 fps in .22 caliber with alloy ammunition, the IGT MACH 1 provides consistent power, improved accuracy, and reliable knockdown performance shot after shot.
Precision control comes standard with Gamo’s Custom Action Trigger (C.A.T.), an adjustable two-stage trigger system. Shooters can independently fine-tune both the first and second stages to achieve their preferred trigger travel and break feel. The result is a cleaner trigger pull, enhanced control, and improved shot consistency in both hunting and target shooting applications.
To protect optics and enhance accuracy, the Swarm Magnum is equipped with Gamo’s Triple R (Recoil Reducing Rail). This innovative two-piece aluminum rail system uses dual polymer struts to absorb recoil shock before it reaches the scope. By significantly reducing stress on mounted optics, the RRR improves scope longevity, minimizes vibration, and helps maintain zero—critical advantages for high-powered air rifles.
