GAMO Outdoor USA Squirrel Master Classics Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of February 16th, 2021 and who possess a valid driver’s license or state identification card. Sponsor and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of its respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family, including spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children, and persons living in the same household of each, are ineligible. Participants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. - PROMOTION PERIOD/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes will begin on or about 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 16th, 2021 and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 1, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants may enter online by visiting http://www.gamousa.com (the “promotional site”), and following the links proceeding to “SIGN UP TO ENTER TO WIN A SWARM FUSION”, and completing the online registration form and clicking on the “Submit” button. During the Promotion Period, Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address into the Drawing. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the stated number of prizes. Actual value of any prize may vary depending on fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ERV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arkansas or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of Arkansas. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for Arkansas. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
